African feminism

What a great find; I am not alone. As I "googled" other authors who aim to tell the story of Africans in Africa and away, I stumbled on Minna Salami's website http://www.msafropolitan.com. Her TED Talk definitely had my attention; she talked about mathematics, research, history, culture, and changing the world. I particularly loved the fact that her approach wasn't narrow minded nor was it one sided. In this global world of expansion and connection, it is becoming important to understand our African Roots.
